About The Master's Class
With over 30 years of experience The Master’s Class is a professional training community dedicated to personal and professional growth, leadership development, and practical skill-building.
Our work supports individuals, teams, and organizations through empowerment that is respectful, inclusive, and grounded in real-world experience.
Our Purpose
POVERTY & ILLITERACY: Two sides of the same coin - Renewing minds; Empowerment; Knowledge are our answers.
INFORMAL TRAINING: We believe persons who are already in the workforce can be sharpened; while school dropouts, addicts and the lesser-fortunate can rise with consistent repititous informal training & empowerment.
We support leadership and facilitation development in ways that recognize existing strengths, lived experience, and cultural context.
Our goal is to help people grow with confidence and clarity - without hierarchy, pressure, or one-size-fits-all approaches.
Our Approach
Our programs are strengths-based, trauma-informed, and practice-focused.
Learning is designed to be collaborative, reflective, and immediately applicable, supporting participants to translate insight into action within their own workplaces and communities.
Empowering Renewed Minds!
Kevin B Lall
Founder and Lead Facilitator of The Master’s Class brings over 30-years of experience supporting individuals, teams, and organizations through leadership development, facilitation, and capacity-building work. The approach is grounded in respect, cultural awareness, and practical application, with a focus on creating learning environments where people feel supported, capable, and engaged. Rather than emphasizing expertise alone, the work is guided by listening, collaboration, and a belief that meaningful learning builds on the strengths and lived experience people already carry. The role of Lead Facilitator is held as a responsibility to serve the learning process—supporting growth that is thoughtful, sustainable, and relevant to real-world contexts.
