Kevin’s career spans C-suite executive leadership, economic development, retail and operations management, governance advisory, and workforce training. He has successfully led organizations through turnaround, growth, restructuring, and modernization - often in complex, multicultural, and politically sensitive environments. His experience includes serving as CEO, Economic Development Officer, General Manager, business owner, and senior advisor to boards, executives, Indigenous leadership, and community-based organizations.
As a Certified John Maxwell Coach, Mentor, and Facilitator, Kevin brings a disciplined yet compassionate coaching style rooted in emotional intelligence, accountability, and practical execution. He has designed, authored, and delivered more than 140 professional development workshops, covering leadership, workplace culture, governance, communication, conflict resolution, customer service, productivity, confidence, and organizational effectiveness. His facilitation approach is highly engaging, trauma-informed, strengths-based, and culturally grounded - making his work especially effective with Indigenous communities, frontline teams, and executive leaders alike.
Kevin is also a Global Facilitator of the University of Kansas' Community Development Leadership Program (CDLP), a respected leadership model used in more than 70 countries. Through this work, he helps leaders strengthen governance, build social capital, and translate vision into sustainable community outcomes. His facilitation style balances clarity with empathy -- creating psychologically safe learning environments where participants are challenged, supported, and empowered to lead change.
Widely regarded as a bridge-builder and strategic listener, Kevin is known for his calm authority, ethical grounding, and ability to develop people at every level. He believes leadership is not positional, but relational -- and that lasting success emerges when individuals are coached to think clearly, act responsibly, and serve with integrity.
His work consistently leaves organizations stronger, more aligned, and better equipped for the future by EMPOWERING RENEWED MINDS!!!
TMC's Purpose
POVERTY & ILLITERACY:
Two sides of the same coin - Renewing minds; Empowerment; Knowledge are our answers.
INFORMAL TRAINING:
At TMC, we believe persons who are already in the workforce can be sharpened; while school dropouts, addicts and the lesser-fortunate can rise with consistent repititous informal training & empowerment.
We support leadership and facilitation development in ways that recognize existing strengths, lived experiences, and cultural contexts.
Our goal is to help people grow with confidence and clarity - without hierarchy, pressure, or one-size-fits-all approaches.
Our Strategy
All our programs are strengths-based, trauma-informed, and practice-focused.
Learning is designed to be collaborative, reflective, and immediately applicable, supporting participants to translate insight into action within their own workplaces and communities.
Empowering Renewed Minds!

The approach is grounded in respect, cultural awareness, and practical application, with a focus on creating learning environments where people feel supported, capable, and engaged.
