From zero to hero, TMC's PowerX6 [Train the Trainer] builds certified facilitators who can deliver with confidence, consistency, and credibility: Register now for the 6-Day Intensive, or 6-Week pace. This program is structured to take participants from foundational readiness through to certification-level delivery — equipping them with standardized frameworks, facilitation protocols, and professional safeguards required in corporate, non-profit, community, and public-sector environments. Participants learn how to represent approved curriculum (or their own) with integrity, adapt responsibly to diverse audiences, and maintain quality assurance across in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings. The focus is on developing trainers who are trusted, accountable, and capable of scaling learning without compromising standards or outcomes.

TMC will provide continuous coaching, mentoring and guidance for you as you journey into establishing yourself as a Trainer (from part-time to full-time). You will be invited to co-host on our training programs for future candidates on this same journey!
