PowerTrainer - Six-Month Train the Trainer – Power-Up Pathway
From zero to hero, TMC's PowerTrain [Train the Trainer] builds certified facilitators who can deliver with confidence, consistency, and credibility. This program is structured to take participants from foundational readiness through to certification-level delivery—equipping them with standardized frameworks, facilitation protocols, and professional safeguards required in corporate, non-profit, community, and public-sector environments. Participants learn how to represent approved curriculum (or their own) with integrity, adapt responsibly to diverse audiences, and maintain quality assurance across in-person, virtual, and hybrid settings. The focus is on developing trainers who are trusted, accountable, and capable of scaling learning without compromising standards or outcomes.
Month 1: Foundations of Trainer Presence
Build internal confidence and professional readiness

Trainer Outcome:
Participants establish credibility, self-regulation, and command of space—essential before standing in front of others.
Month 2: Communication Mastery
Strengthen clarity, voice, and message delivery

- Listening Skills & Engagement Techniques
Trainer Outcome:
Participants learn to speak with purpose, manage nerves (fears), and communicate clearly across diverse audiences.
Month 3: Presentation & Facilitation Skills
Move from speaking to structured delivery
- Presentation Skills (Design, Flow, Delivery)
- Facilitation Skills for Groups & Workshops
- Managing Questions, Resistance & Group Dynamics
Trainer Outcome:
Participants shift from “speaker” to “facilitator,” learning how to guide learning rather than perform.
Month 4: Non-Verbal & Advanced Delivery Skills
Deepen influence and situational awareness
- Body Language & Non-Verbal Communication
- Cultural Awareness & Sensitivity in Communication
- Professional Boundaries & Trainer Ethics

Participants read rooms, manage energy, and deliver with cultural intelligence and professional restraint.
Month 5: Trainer Tools & Program Fidelity
Prepare for authorized delivery

- Accountability in the Workplace (Trainer Lens)
Trainer Outcome:
Participants learn how to deliver content consistently, protect program integrity, and align with organizational expectations.
Month 6: Practicum, Assessment & Certification Readiness
Demonstrate competence and readiness
- Micro-Teaching Practicum (Live or Recorded)

- Trainer Readiness Assessment & Next-Step Pathways
Trainer Outcome:
